GATE 2024 Registration Now Open: Step-by-Step Application Process
The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2024 registration procedure is now live online. At gate2024.iisc.ac.in, candidates can now register and submit their application forms using the GOAPS site.
The test will be given on February 3, 4, 10, and 11, 2023 at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) in Bangalore. On January 3rd, admit cards will be made available.

- Open the GATE 2024 application link.
- Visit the sign-up page.
- Submit after entering your information. You will receive your login information.
- Fill out the form after logging in.
- Upload your documents and then pay.
- submit your form in.
- For future use, keep a duplicate of the confirmation page.
Candidates for the exam must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, science, architecture, or the humanities or be in their third year of undergraduate study in one of these fields. These degrees must be recognized by M.O.E./AICTE/UGC/AIU/UPSC as being comparable to B.E./B.Tech/B.Arch/B.Planning, etc.
The third year of candidates’ undergraduate degree programs in engineering, technology, science, architecture, or the humanities that are studying or have already been completed outside of India should fit inside the allotted three years.
Candidates from the SC, ST, PwD, or female categories must pay 900 during the regular term and 1,400 during the extended period in order to apply for GATE.
The price is 1,800 during the normal term and 2,300 during the extended period for all other candidates.
